An examination into the suspicious death of the wife of the writer and veteran Michael Peterson.

I’m not convinced this needed to be 8+ hours. I would definitely recommend watching the original documentary from 2004 before tackling this or you may be confused about who the hell everyone is. Unfortunately the original doc is even longer (I watched about 6 hours of it before getting frustrated and quitting). Those 6 hours definitely helped though.

It’s a very interesting story with some twists I did not see coming. Great cast with Colin Firth and Toni Colette. My opinion- yeah he did it.

Interesting cast that includes Brian Cox, Parker Posey, Edie Falco, and Lisa Kudrow. Your standard comedy/horror that pretty much fails at both. It’s watchable though. One of those that always seems like it’s on the verge of getting good but never really does.

Boring and unfunny. I’m not sure what everyone is going on about with this. Eisenberg plays the same tedious character he always plays, and Culkin is obnoxious and irritating. It’s shot in the most basic way imaginable with absolutely zero style.

By the end I just wanted to get away from these two characters. It felt much longer than 90 minutes.

One of my old standby watches. It’s really not that good probably, but I’ve always loved it. I think it may be the time period and the overall atmosphere. The environment feels real, if the giant rats and chickens do not. The men aren’t all stereotypical- and neither are the women. Everyone feels like a real person in an unreal situation.

This and Empire of the Ants are my favorites from the Notorious B.I.G.
