More like Empire Of The Snooze. This shit is exhausting to watch and has like zero plot or any narrative drive whatsoever. Bale is good but his character is one-dimensional. Super unengaging movie. Looks great but its not enough to save this bloated half-baked "story". Its a shame. I was hoping to like this one.

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom 1984
Men used to get divorced and put that energy into making art. Now they just buy twitter and make it everyone else's problem. Movies pretty good. Big step down from the first as far as plotting goes but its still a Spielberg Indiana Jones movie with crazy sets and fun sequences and John Williams going ham on the score so it cant be THAT bad
