They fucking robbed us, man. If Coppola had had the tech we in the audience could have had the opportunity to ask Cesar Catalina about Megalons and how we need to have debates to build utopia. Within the first five minutes Adam Driver (who is 100% locked in and serious) just does the 'To be or not to be' soliloquy from Hamlet. I went out about an hour in to get a drink cause I was genuinely going a little insane.

Saltburn 2023
There's a certain broadly applicable principle with films (usually but not always) and in future Saltburn will be a very good example to point to when I'm talking about it. That principle is that good performances and good visuals don't make up for a bad script. I very nearly fell asleep about halfway through Ferrari. In many ways it's a mediocre film, but it's peaks are so high as to somewhat make up for it.
