Not very distinguished, but watchable enough. Also weirdly reminiscent of that Simpson's Treehouse of Horror segment with all the druggings.

They really should have stopped here, this is the perfect summation for the series. Connery, not a personal favourite actor, is really fun in an atypical role, and he has great chemistry with Ford.

The villains are a little weak though, and what on earth happens with the knight at the end? He just... waves goodbye? (See the 'blank check' ep for a VERY detailed discussion of this). But overall a lot of fun, and with unflagging energy.

Note: the River Phoenix intro is the second best Indy movie after Raiders.

    'Everyone's lost but me.'

A little black and white dog gets hit by a car, and in her last moments, thinks back over her life. Most specifically, the three humans who cared for her; Manole, a street performer and the dog's one true love; Istvan, a warm hearted construction worker with a harridan of a girlfriend; and finally Solange, a cute little girl who grows into an indifferent teenager.

Each one's interaction with Marona, is different.

Manole buys her on impulse, drunk in a…
