Hilariously captures the struggle of living paycheck to paycheck. Fuck landlords but the white girl arrival was a riot.

TUMBLEWEAVE and 1900.5% APR IM DEAD. Katt killed me. "They didn't take heed."

Keke is so good. This was the perfect midday movie mouthwash for all the bad ones i've seen recently. Loved this.

"I feel like im hanging on by my fingernails".

    'Scream' love letter.

Lots of chemistry between Gooding and Holt despite some less than dialogue at times. Ruben commits to slasher and rom-com tropes in the best ways. The corny rom-com titles drop had me rolling.

    CHRIS PARKER! Michaela Watkins!

Why was he saying yaass? 🤣

    Love Hurts

First time director, nearly first time writers; this movie was so disjointed, I have no idea what they were going for because nothing worked aside from Ke Huy Quan. Rhys Darby was a nice cameo and Ariana DeBose could have been likable if she wasn't 20 glaringly years younger. I'd hoped we had left these huge age gaps in the 2000s.

    Reshoot and editing failure.

Sam doesn't have the same presence Steve did and his sidekick has zero likability, charisma or memorability. The punches are human and the conflict is nothing more than a few punches, there's very little tension and what mystery there is never blossoms into anything special. This really helps me appreciate 'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier' much more. The exposition heavy dialogue and music are boring and generic, and the military industrial complex propaganda still dictates…

'No Time to Die' is the best 007 film ever made.

From the opening scene the film feels different, character focused and diving far deeper (see what I did) into Bond and Dr. Swann than Mendes ever did in 'Spectre'. Director Cary Joji Fukunaga improves upon the humor and charm while adding far more gravitas and grit to nearly every captivating scene in the film. The mask in the opening isn't outright scary but the performance behind it is rather…

336 days later, a few missed pre-screenings and missed opportunities, avoided online leaked releases and an HBO MAX debut later I FINALLY got to see 'Dune' in theaters the way a film of this magnitude was meant to be seen. As I write this, I am already re-watching the film again at home. I loved it.

Amazing feels like an understatement because I don't feel as if I've seen anything of this ambition ever before. 'The Lord of the Rings'…
