Got like 5 episodes into the show before realizing this was supposed to be right before the events.
Ngl tho.. idk if I see why ppl hate this. Compared to the start of the show I'd say ahsoka's dynamic is actually more interesting.
I think for me is that it's neat seeing her be partly justified. Anakin is wreckers in himself so sometimes she's kinda right and the back and forth between the two being right and wrong it's neato.…

This movie definitely has a bit of contrived plot twists that don't make a lotta sense but it was pretty fun still. Charming and a nice style.
I don't want every movie to rip the comic book style animation hiy it looks fun here. It's used well too.
Good music and acting and a good plot. A bit cheesy and the plot is very by the books heists it's still fun.

Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence 2004
More complicated philosophy. More interesting story and action. So, everything ramped up a lot. They use wierd 2004 stylized 3d animation. Unlike when an anime lazily makes a scene or two in 3d. This just happens to use it everywhere so it doesn't feel that hamfisted in when the 2d characters interact with 3d throughout the whole movie. Plus its mostly confined to everything but the characters so its consistent. Though sometimes even the characters seemed to be 3d animated. My biggest take away is that the more philosophy hurt my brain.
