For as much of this movie is an old rich dude and a broke thieving millennial arguing about class and crime it really refuses to dig any further than the surface. The fact that we don't really know anything about how Eddie ended up so down on his luck, just that he's a deadbeat and everyone he knows hates him, but Jigsaw-knockoff William gets a tragic backstory to explain his hatred of criminals puts a weird taste in my mouth.…
Neat concept with solid execution at points, this movie has some great tense and upsetting sequences. It's real blunt with the themes, which works for me sometimes but in this case it's just kind of obnoxious because there's not much else going on here. Mixed feelings about the ending, I feel like the buildup could've been executed better.

This is so fun and silly and well-crafted I am deeply charmed <3 Definitely could've been shorter, it starts to get a little tiring at points, but it always picks back up and that last payoff gag was so funny I'm satisfied.
