I have nothing to add to the discourse surrounding this show. Everything has already been said. The single take concept is very impressive and makes it feel much more realistic. You really have to sit through the boring moments that would usually get cut which forces you to experience everything in real time. Every episode got progressively worse which kind of left me unimpressed towards the end. It should have a second season cause there are a lot more angles…

It told a story, that’s about it. I enjoyed reading the book much more. The movie left out a lot of elements i thought were crucial, and added tons of unnecessary drama. It did however depict Montgomery exactly as i had imagined it while reading. The execution scene with that one dude was pretty intense but other than that it just felt very vanilla.
