There's some definite pacing problems in this movie, I won't deny it. I yearn quite fondly for the days of the tight 90 minute runtime. Puss in Boots: The Last Wish 2022
I have no idea why they decided to continue the franchise after such an awfully middling previous film, but boy am I glad they did. Spectacular animation that showcases what some of the best and brightest in the industry can do given a project with time and passion, as well as an incredibly clever script. The dialogue and delivery were major high points; I don't think I've laughed this hard at a film in quite some time. Well worth anyone's time and an absolute gem.

I won't lie or make a funny meme here; this movie is actually just fucking terrible. It's dingy, mind numbing, incredibly badly scripted, strangely edited, and has so many plot holes that it risks collapsing into a singularity. Jared Leto is still one of the most miserably irritating actors to watch both on and off screen. Might make good white noise for a nap. Please don't pay money for this.
