  The Pale Blue Eye is a story worth viewing if you enjoy cold, gloomy stuff. Christian Bale, one of the best performers working today, uses his intense stare to amplify the tension and melancholy of the story. His body language communicates more than any of the conversation in this movie, whether it be a twitch of the eye muscle, a half-tear, or a drowsy stride. The casting of E.A. Poe is also very genuinely delivered.

  Overall- it is an intense narrative. You could feel the icy, merciless atmosphere and the disguise of darkness, which deepened the air of mystery in this crime thriller. Must see!

  Biggest mistake of my life is finishing this movie at around 3am. I have bawled my eyes out already that now my face hurts so much and I'm not strong enough to go back to sleep in this state. 💔
  What should I do! Should I just die by overthinking that why it happened!? I mean why!? FFS! 💔
