Okay I obviously wasn't paying as much attention the first time through. There are some things I still really hate about this though; I still am on the fence about most of the characters in this movie. I really hope they expand more on the horror bits that they touched upon here in the sequel...that scene with Riley is still terrifying.

Very powerful performances here from the entire cast. Need to highlight Lily Rose-Depp, Bill Skarsgard, and Nicholas Hoult. You can tell they were all devoted to their roles. Bill Skarsgard completely disappears as Count Waluigi-I mean Orlok and I was convinced LRD was truly haunted and traumatized her entire life.
