Few characters have ever pulled me in quite like the intro to Orlok in his castle, few performances have ever left me as quizzically annoyed as Aaron Taylor-Johnsons. Held off adding my score till a second viewing as I spent most of the film naively waiting for scares, but I think the fact I didn’t hurry back speaks for itself
