What's that famous Shakespeare quote - "throw enough shit at the wall and some of it has got to stick" - well I think he was talking about this film.
It's truly mad. Everything happens and yet not a lot happens, it's a lovable mess of filmmaking that often features some great writing and general ideas but also has the attention span of a cat, so the entire plot changes with each passing scene, or at least it feels that way. Recommended.

Any sense of a plot is fully out the window but I think maybe somehow that's the point
It's like lynchian in construction almost, but instead of that carefully crafted thick dreamy atmosphere it's more like a panicky stress nightmare, and every time you drift in and out of it the setting and tone slightly changes
If it was overplayed I don't think it would work at all but the main character and his strange friends react so weirdly normally to everything, because this is just his life all the time I guess, so it's like gaslighting you into also…
