  Tiziano Sclavi sure has an obsession with naming his characters Francesco/Francesca or whatever.

  После переезда к главному герою подруга просит забрать крем для ног из квартиры своего бывшего, который она забыла. Приехав туда, он находит бывшего мертвым и, решив, что подруга его убила, расчленяет тело, пакует в чемодан и пытается от него избавиться. Это запускает череду странных и кровавых событий.
  Фильм снят по книге автора выдающегося "Делламоре Делламорте" и , надо признать, у фильмов есть общие родимые пятна: тема повторения, кровавый гротеск, смерть вперемешку с любовью. Даже не читая книги, понятно, что материал для экранизации непростой, и если "О смерти, о любви" снимал топовый режиссёр Соави, то тут у руля малопонятный дебютант Сольди, который совершенно не справился с тоном фильма и его сценарием, регулярно превращая, то что могло быть отличными, напряженными или смешными сценами в комедию Анатолия Эйрамджана с кровищей, это при том, что продюсирует Клаудио Ардженто, а в кадре далеко не последние итальянские актеры. Очень жалко, потому что потенциал тут без сомнения был.

  Avete presente quando in Italia ci lamentiamo che non sappiamo fare film di genere, che non ci sono idee e non abbiamo sceneggiatori e registi di talento? Ecco, questo film è il film che non stiamo guardando quando diciamo queste cose. Viene da chiedersi perché Tiziano Sclavi non abbia sceneggiato altri film, la sua scrittura è fenomenale per il cinema. Gli tolgo una stella solo per il mixaggio del sonoro che è un disastro, molti dialoghi non si capiscono proprio.

  In the DVD's extra everyone of the crew puts a lot of effort explaining how modern, ahead of his time,/out of his time Nero. is. Well, It Is exactly the opposite. Typically 90s, with a lot of videoclip aesthetic influence, nihilistic vibe mixed with grotesque humor. Still a good hallucinatory noir with a dark and rotten Milano in the background.
