A pretty ho-hum compilation of British artists circa 1967. Individual sequences showcasing sculpture and art are nicely edited but then come huge chunks of Shakespeare and Pinter that you can't help feel could have been integrated more imaginatively. There was a definite sadism at play in having Twiggy and other models walk across a London bridge in miniskirts on what was clearly a freezing day.
Perfect fodder for part of an exhibition that you’d watch for a bit as you stood there like 🧐 and then leave.
