  It is that kinda movie where Boyapati-Balakrishna combo go outrageously ridiculous, making even the other over the top masala entertainers look quite reasonable. The age old story and narration is tiring for most of the run. The only portion which solidly entertains is the flashback, loaded with ultra mass dialogues, songs and actions. If you’re in for some dumb fun, give it a shot.

  Reductive cheap shots aside, this movie manages to be somehow both over the top and deathly boring. It perks up a little bit during the flashback, mostly thanks to Brahmanandam. But as much as I like Brahmanandam, you generally don't want him to be your MVP.

  My first NBK film (I watched the 1st part of the NTR biopic but that doesn't count I guess) and my first Boyapati film, heard this is an Industry Hit so thought ll give this a try before taking on Akhanda. Outrageously funny and unbelievably Over-The-Top as expected but I was mostly bored. If anything I guess janaalu went bonkers for the flashback portions.

  Tudo o que eu gosto em um veículo do Balakrishna: a peruquinha, o bigode grosso, o homem sentando a porrada em todos os vermes, encantando o coração das mocinhas - mesmo que há 13 anos atrás ele já parecesse mais com o pai delas que qualquer coisa - e elementos políticos que me fazem coçar a cabeça pensando se é realmente diversão inofensiva o que está acontece diante dos meus olhos ou pura propaganda.   Things I liked about this movie:

  Brahmanandam had some funny scenes.

  Some of the dance numbers were okay.

  Nayan had some good lines.

  I guess I understand what Balakrishna's appeal is.

  Things I didn't like about this movie:

  The optics of a guy being justified in rampant vigilante murder because he's descended from royalty being played completely straight.

  Most of the comedy.

  For a movie predicated on "look at this crazy action" it really isn't all that crazy or all that fun, just kinda felt like the same thing again and again and again.

  For a movie that I think was supposed to be an action-comedy, there was a lot of really boring dramatic scenes.

  The villains were completely forgettable and had zero menace.
