The scariest thing about this movie is its editing
"The dollhouse was more than just a name."
I thought I'd see this, as I like to discover new horror films from time to time. This was shockingly bad. The montages in the beginning in end were extremely faulty. Everyone in the film is "hot" even the normal girls. There are lots of excuses for pool parties, so we can see scantily clad girls. Everyone has nice hair, perfect makeup...so much so that no one feels real. Also there is a scene that has sufficient blood dripping, but then they cut back to it later on as if wow, we created this blood and spent $$ on it, so we really want the audience to see the blood again. ??…
1 star for Lala Kent, love that bitch.
The production values on Vanderpump Rules are of a significantly higher quality.
Even as background noise this was pretty hard to sit through
I hated the way every single scene was filmed.
Wow. Worst movie of the year easily.
Porn levels of acting, terrible production value (they re-use stock footage over and over again and think we won't notice).
Terrible plot, terribly made.
And the last scene is literally the worst ending to a movie I have ever seen. It's so bad I thought that it had skipped something or glitched but no, that's the scene they wanted to end on.
Wow.
As a slasher it's so bad as well- it made me look back fondly on Sorority Row which made me look back fondly at Valentine which made me look back fondly on I Know What You Did Last Summer, which I now believe to be a damn good slasher movie.
Lala Kent will rule the Lifetime genre soon. Danica Mckellar is on notice.
It’s “Pieces: The Next Generation.”
Side note: EVERYONE stood outside the theater beforehand cursing MoviePass for crashing. So, after shelling out cash for tickets, imagine the collective sense of incredulity when the end credits rolled and the following logo beamed for all to see: “MoviePass Films.”
Sorority girls become the victims of a serial killer out for revenge for a perceived wrongdoing in the past. On the case is the father of one of the girls pledging the same sorority. The cop is played by Randy Couture. This is just okay. It’s not terrible, but there’s no effort to make this different from the other hundreds of films just like it.
The Row (2018) is a movie that I recently watched on Tubi. The storyline follows a freshman applying to a sorority. Meanwhile a serial killer is plaguing the school also. As the freshman learns strange things about her sorority she wonders if the killer is tied to the sorority in any way.
This movie is directed by Matty Beckerman (Alien Abduction) and stars Randy Couture (The Expendables), Lala Kent (Vault), Natali Yura (Reprisal), Tyler Jon Olson (The Big Bang Theory) and Malea Rose (Two and a Half Men).
What was Randy Couture doing in this? The storyline was straightforward and the "mom" backstory wasn't as clever as intended. The cast was well selected and the ladies were a smoke show.…
