The Forge 2024
This is a christian movie, and as such it hits all the beats that you expect, the acting is mostly stilted. And the cinematography is basic and uninspired. But the story it tells and the themes are well written and played out. I doubt anyone who is not a follower of Christ will get anything out of this movie. It’s still cheesy at times but it has a good heart. I enjoyed it even though it has all these problems.

Prisoners 2013
A master at work! I can’t think of anything negative to say about this film. The pacing was perfect, it kept you engaged the entire time, the acting was so good, This is definitely Hugh Jackman’s best performance ever! The cinematography was gorgeous also. They gave you piece by piece of the mystery each one seeming in connected but by the end it all makes sense. I love this film, definitely recommend, especially if you love mysteries and crime dramas.
