  been on my watchlist for a while and watched with leo! this movie is simply loveable, funny, low pressure with cute characters like jiji:) good, idyllic comfort film with beautiful graphics, set in the 1950s Europe.

  enjoyed the humor at some points like mclovin & the cops, the friendship of the three, don't mind the crude but some of the comments/shots are very misogyny filled, objectifying & gross, puts me off..like they are actually losers

  insane movie, watched with friends maybe not the best idea bcs there are some scenes (fully knew but it was still out of the blue)..so keep that in mind. I would watch this after chungking express--you don't miss anything, it's just neat to see connections in the wong kai world and might make the structure of this more understandable. beautiful and understated.

  tbh the most entertaining argument i've watched. (if i had a lover and if we are breaking up can we re inact scenes from this??) this is maybe 69% arguing, 20% non kid friendly material if u catch my drift and 6% cigarette smoking, like 5% malcom going to the bathroom LMAO. to shorten it up i don't know much about film but it feels very authentic >:)

  ngl malcom literally digs himself into a grave whenever he talks tho ...like be quiet!! acting is good/very moody vibe and the b&w is a nice touch.
