  its not good but i did cackle. should have gotten better shots of the baptism tote bag if they're going to schlep it all around the mountain, and maybe a few more passes before the final draft. but something to admire in the dedication to coming across as complete and utter losers. let them have another couple goes at it!

  saw a sculpture at the V&A yesterday that nearly made me cry and it made me think of this. so utterly gorgeous. lots of magic and suffering when you're haunted by specters, i think. josh o'coner's face is magnetic.

  fantastically ugly and strange. i cannot say i liked it but i also could not look away. ethan hawke recites “i have of late, but wherefore I know not, lost all my mirth” over footage of him performing a magic trick. the movie is very certain that horatio is not gay. Blockbuster features heavily. voiceovers feature heavily. there are choices and cuts i did not enjoy. people do not seem to understand what they are saying. julia stiles is really quite bad. all this and more. but having laeartes shoot hamlet with a gun. ? that fucking rocked.

  sick and surreal!!! impotence subplot went crazy and at a certain point i just sort of let the movie wash over me without worrying about things like knowing what was happening which is honestly probably the best way to watch it! wearing a henley under a button down is actually soo twisted and i covered my eyes during the gory bits because i’m sensitive and i cannot belive how much fun it was!! it is  weird and horny and spooky…
