Needed more sleep before I sat down for this one, but it was such a treat.
Echoing what other reviewers have said, every shot is a masterclass in visual storytelling. I was breathless watching the colors shift without hue. It’s absolutely magical!!!

Pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this movie. Pacing was good, jumpscares were fantastic and well-timed, colors and shots were gorgeous, and of course, the biggest congratulations to Jim Hensons creature shop for making the animatronics. They look fantastic in the movie, and I’m glad they didn’t attempt to render them in CGI. The animatronics look incredible and their scale is unbelievable and terrifying, especially in the scenes with Abby. Hats off to the production team. Story is unclear…
