What I liked most about this film is that there are no explanation given. It’s just an exposition of her experiences of an alien (to her) world, and it is left completely to the viewer to interpret what happens and why.

7 seperate very interesting stories that end in death, all very dialogue intensive, B&W until the last 30 minutes which show how it all could have ended differently. All wrapped up in a story of a film director and his wife, very funny. Very well acted.
