Jack Quaid is the real deal. This was a simple, fast-paced, well-written action comedy which has some gnarly makeup effects (and yet, still doesn’t go super over the top) and really great sequences. It’s a really fun ride and a great watch with a crowd!

Captain America: Brave New World 2025
Nowhere near as terrible as everyone says it is, but it still is a messy movie that could have been great, but is hampered by an uneven script, muddled plot, and some subpar directing. It's, in many ways, a weaker copy of the espionage thriller tone of Winter Soldier. Perhaps all the reshoots and rewrites made the movie better than what it originally was, but I am curious what that original film would have looked like.

I'm a great admirer of Reagan, and I’ve been waiting for a biopic that did the story of one of the most consequential presidencies of the 20th century justice. Sadly, my wait will have to continue.
