  My Favourite Eggers movie so far. Stunningly shot, and absolutely horrifying in all the right ways. Bill Skarsgård gave an amazing performance, with a special mention also to the nutty German estate agent.

  This was a cheesy 90s mess, but despite the general hatred this movie quite reasonably gets, I actually had an okay time -  laughing at the movie as much as with it. It’s clearly very derivative and silly, but it ticks along with energy and I particularly enjoyed Brian cox as a robot golf-ball dispenser.

  This will absolutely be forgotten in 5 minutes with people only ever referencing the ludicrous $320 million dollar budget which seemingly never made its way…

  Good overall movie. Jude law is decent as the lead FBI agent, although his character could have been fleshed out more. Perhaps a miniseries would have given this more time. The Sheridan is great here, and is quite impactful, although no one goes on much of an arc or a journey.

  Interesting real life story though.
