I didn’t even know it but it seems that I watched the 154 minute General Release Cut on Amazon. The Criterion release includes that version plus a reconstructed 186 minute cut. What I watched was plenty enough.

I just watched Lou Ferrigno fight Thor at the old E! building. That was wild.

Eurocrime! The Italian Cop and Gangster Films That Ruled the '70s 2012
Using a wrinkled bedsheet for an interview backdrop was more than a little distracting. Honestly, why?
The highlight for me was during the end credits, when Antonio Sabato is upset that his interview is not starting off with thanks and compliments. The interviewer complies and Sabato gives him the biggest smile and expresses his genuine gratitude for the lovely and unexpected sentiments. A hilarious psycho, may he RIP.

A little-seen true gem currently available on the Criterion Channel as part of their Pre-Code Divas program. I haven't stopped thinking about it. Horrific and fantastic.
