On one hand I felt like this film doesn't try something particularly unique. On the other hand I truly crave more films this casual and grounded.
The movie begins with Malcolm, a movie director, coming home after the premiere of his first major hit. He’s riding high, but Marie, his partner, seems disgruntled for reasons that are initially unclear. Malcolm presses her, and her grievances shift from “it’s nothing” to “you didn’t thank me,” to “you stole my life,” to “you’re a narcissist,” and back again. What unfolds is a volatile car crash of a night, exposing the fractures in their relationship in raw, unfiltered detail.…

I really wanted to watch this with some person I went out with. But the world has its own plans for 2020.

The point is this movie won't really grab all your attention. It's not that unique, the needledrops are too jarring.
It's cute though
It's about regret. And I regret not watching this on a date. Watch it on a date, you might enjoy it more
