This is a ... funny attempt at a different kind of Arnold Schwarzenegger movie, where the bulk of it is fairly pedestrian "disgraced (for police brutality. Hmm....) former cop goes undercover to infiltrate a criminal organisation." But eventually, for convoluted/convenient reasons he goes full commando anyway, kicks in the door and kills everyone. In a way that leaves me to wonder: If he was prepared to do that, why didn't he just do that to begin with? XD

Feed the earth

I had expected Space Sweepers to be high-speed space hijinks.
I had expected Space Sweepers to be about sweeping for space junk.*
I had not expected Space Sweepers to actually be Moonraker meets Elysium with a dash of Guardians of the Galaxy)
11 out of 10 thorins for over the top villaining. I'll give it that.

(*but alas it was not. Not really. And that's what I actually was interested in)

This story of King Arthur is largely generic fantasy hokum, but the style and execution gives it a leg up. Guy Richies brand of crime caper set in a wildly over the top fantasy London is entertaining, and visually it's like a variety of classic fantasy art come to life. And did I mention it's wildly over the top? Until now I never knew that supergiant elephants were Mordred the magician's siege weapon of choice.
