A very well cut & visually impressive movie. A genuine pleasing aesthetic.

De Niro must have had a blast filming this, he was great as Frank but man, felt like he went all out as Vito. At times I didn’t see De Niro when playing Vito and that’s all you can ask from an actor.

Unfortunately the plot and storyline was just too basic and boring for me. Some scenes played out wayyyy too long. No twists or secret’s to keep me on my toes.

A decent movie, nothing better but also nothing less.

Just stunning stuff from Gilroy here.

Was hooked from the opening scene as Clooney gives one of his most dynamic performances I’ve seen. Not normally a huge fan of opening the movie with a scene, moving back in time and then working our way back to that scene.. But damn they pulled it off here, I was engrossed.

They don’t score movies like this anymore, straight fire.

The CGI monkey may have been the best part of the movie?? It looked so damn good and in a…

Overall a pretty enjoyable movie! Pattinson is a lot of fun in this, the accent clicks straight away and you can just tell he is having funny with this.

The first hour was by far the most enjoyable, not sure the landing stuck. Unfortunately 2h17m is way too long for this.

Special shoutout to Ruffalo & Collette, they play an excellent evil couple. Ruffalo’s Trump-esque style speaking was getting constant laughs from me, as dumb in this movie as it is…
