Cabaret 1972
I genuinely had no idea what this film was about. Prior to watching this I had only heard Stevie from Schitts Creek sing Maybe This Time. So I was wildly unprepared for how dark and terrifying this movie is. And also very bisexual! Liza Minnelli’s singing almost made up for the existential dread Cabaret gave me. This movie, unfortunately, seems more relevant now than ever

Dune: Part Two 2024
The most surprising thing about this movie is that it had most of the same elements that I hated about the first movie, densely packed with politics, drawn out scenes and confusing lore. But the movie did virtually all of this with much more nuance and purpose than the first movie.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
Underdeveloped plot and character relationships. For a movie that is literally called dead pool and wolverine, it was lacking enough moments between the two. Although the Honda Odessy had… SUBTEXT. Dead pool is always funny so definitely a movie I’d watch again
