War Horse 2011
this is Spielberg best movie because its about a real animal and not fictional ones like dinosaurs. I'd like it more though if the horse wasnt so vocal (i guess to make it like a dog?) and there was more real horses and less cgi, even if that would mean less epic sequences.

Barry Lyndon 1975
If I was from the 1750s I'd probably make a great gentleman. I could easily look at paintings and fancy jackets all day. Unfortunately I was born in a time only made livable due to the near instant access to any film through illegal downloading, something that will probably be made impossible in a year or two. Oh well, like Redmond Barry we have all been made poorer by our insatiable appetites for pleasure.
Barry Lyndon is probably the most beautifully shot, costumed, and designed film ever made.
