i shouldn't have watched the trailer cause i kept expecting madison to be insane or frame him. i held out hope that she was more interesting than what she was. there's a The Take video that argues deadpool is a rom com for straight guys and while idk about deadpool this kinda feels like it. ron/gary and madison have physical chemistry, but there's nothing more compelling about the couple. compare it to something like "set it up", which convinces you why the characters should be together as opposed to dialogue that's equivalent to perfectly worded roleplay you imagine by yourself in the shower.

actually nvmd she was too good for himif madhuri dixit wasn’t so charming pooja would have driven me crazy. girl has little characterization other than waiting for her soulmate but somehow ms. dixit manages to give her dignity and spine (except at the end when she would have married ajay until he said nah bro iz cool).
