Fast Five 2011
The Citizen Kane of the franchise. This movie was good when it came out and it's still good. Is it a masterpiece, no. Is it top 100 movies of all time, no. Is a DAMN good time, action packed, and very fun, absolutely. Love the addition of The Rock, and the classic "team up" aspect of the plot. A great mix of the true origin of the franchise with the cars, and the idea of them becoming a team for hire.

Fast & Furious 2009
By no means the best of the fast saga, but certainly a good one. It ranks in the top 5 for sure. After the release of Tokyo Drift, this feels like they were starting to find the footing they were looking for. Decently paced, and sets of what is absolutely the best of the franchise, in Fast Five. Plot lacks a bit, but it makes it up with the focus on the cars and the racing. Do it for Family!
