A beautifully tragic story regardless of what face you want to see it from. A straightforward almost romance between two childhood friends who just never got to be or a story about an immigrant coming to terms with missing out on a different life. Brings alot of conversation about what love is and what it means to stay or leave. If you stay in this life but want to be with someone else in the next who do you love?

Look Back 2024
Amazingly adapted!! If you liked the one shot you'll like the movie! Every emotional beat hit like it was suppose to. Composition and lighting choices were a perfect fit for the moods of each scene. A must watch for Fujimoto fans but also creatives! The story has a lot to say about being an artist and motivation. If you have artsy friends who maybe aren't fujimoto fans I'd get them to watch with you!
