There are, unfortunately, quite a few problems with this film and not even almost enough redeeming factors to justify them. The Stunt Man 1980
The whole meta-fictional thing that they've got going on here is definitely interesting, I'm just not sure if it's well put together or that the filmmakers really knew what to do with it. Peter O'Toole is great and him flying in and out of shots like some kind of demon is something I'll probably never forget but the film as a whole just isn't particularly strong in any of the ways that count.
