  It's the traditional Snow White story with some of the old familiar songs from the animated movie plus some new songs. I really enjoyed it. The costumes and sets are excellent. I thought Gal Gadot's performance as the evil queen was spot on and probably my favorite song was "All is Fair" sung by her.

  The acting was good. However, I found the story a bit slow at the beginning, but still interesting. And then it got weird, and the ending made no sense to me. I wanted to love this movie, but I didn't.

  I liked the "vibe" of the show--it had kind of a "b-movie"/80's feel to it. The story was also very engaging. Unfortunately some of the underlying themes (allegories as my son pointed out) went over my head a bit and the ending left me a little confused until my son and some internet research helped me better understand it.
