Novocaine is a fun movie that is well worth a watch. They make use of Jack Quaid's character's unique condition in a creative way which adds to the action and laughs (amazed to find out after that this a real condition in which people cannot feel physical pain). Unsurprisingly from his Boy's role Quaid makes for an easy to get behind protagonist, also nice to see Amber Midthunder and Jacob Batalon. There are plenty of plot holes especially in any of the scenes involving the police or detectives, but the premise is so ridiculous anyway that it is easy to suspend your disbelief.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024

Anora 2024
The main hook to watch Anora would be to witness Mikey Madison's performance as she hogs the limelight in every scene she's in which almost all of the movie. You laugh with her because she is funny, but also feel for her as she is heartfelt as she is going through this whirlwind romance. And that isn't even mentioning that she oozes sex appeal, but also charming in her role as a stripper. Credit must also go to the director…
