    Snow White

    ★★½

I would say Snow White is the definition of a 'meh' movie. Rachel Zegler once again proves that she's a multi-talented star as I was charmed by her and blown away by her singing. She is the glue of the movie along with the dwarfs, which I do get now why they made them CGI. The movie would've worked much better if it was just Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, ironic. Waiting for a Wish is very catchy, but…

    Novocaine

    ★★★½

Novocaine is a fun movie that is well worth a watch. They make use of Jack Quaid's character's unique condition in a creative way which adds to the action and laughs (amazed to find out after that this a real condition in which people cannot feel physical pain). Unsurprisingly from his Boy's role Quaid makes for an easy to get behind protagonist, also nice to see Amber Midthunder and Jacob Batalon. There are plenty of plot holes especially in any of the scenes involving the police or detectives, but the premise is so ridiculous anyway that it is easy to suspend your disbelief.

    ★★★★½

Having previously rewatched the first two Deadpool movies I was worried that the humour and gags were going to be obnoxious in Deadpool and Wolverine, but that isn't the case at all as the comedy hit on every level for me and I think it's the funniest of the Deadpool movies by quite a stretch actually. The jokes and fourth wall breaks had me laughing out loud as Marvel really went in on themselves as they let themselves be on…

    Anora

    ★★★★

The main hook to watch Anora would be to witness Mikey Madison's performance as she hogs the limelight in every scene she's in which almost all of the movie. You laugh with her because she is funny, but also feel for her as she is heartfelt as she is going through this whirlwind romance. And that isn't even mentioning that she oozes sex appeal, but also charming in her role as a stripper. Credit must also go to the director…
