The pacing on this felt way off to me. Because of how fast it was moving, I personally didn’t really feel connected to their romance narrative at all, didn’t really believe or understand Paul’s heel turn at all, and the movie just felt flat as a result. All the character moments were just breezed over and it made me feel very disconnected from the story.
