Galaxy Quest 1999
Watched this in the recent BR rip, and not only does it hold up plot, humour and cast-wise as I expected. But the effects are just absolutely insane considering they are now 23 years old! About the only thing that doesn't hold up is the rock monster. Everything else from practical to cgi is as beautiful and awe-inspiring as anything in "serious" sci-fi. I just wish they'd restore the "fuck" in the upcoming 4K transfer, and this movie would be perfect.
