We Need to Talk About Kevin 2011
Love the visual metaphor of bright saturated red as guilt/blood/rebirth/responsibility etc. Tilda and Ezra are frightening and intense and John C. reilly’s goofy ass takes me out of it a little but. Loved this! Motherhood and all its possibilities are so deeply terrifying and we don’t talk about it enough!
