The book is overrated trash and this film is no different. They can't even fit the whole book into 1 movie. Yikes. 2.5 hours of nothingness just to shove a part 2 down our throats. At least wait for the last film to pull that off after you've proven to be a fan favorite series like Harry Potter or The Hunger Games. Doing it right off the bat just shows how pretentious the makers of this film are. Never wasting my time on another Dune book or film since these people think they're so fucking special.
