Rewatched this. Since Bojack is my favorite show I’m probably biased, but I did enjoy the 4th dimension of this special. It’s trippy to be watching Bojack watch himself, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. I’m a whore for a Christmas special, so this is my cup of tea. Great show and I can’t emphasize how much I love it enough.

Rewatch. There’s great cameos from Carl weathers and Ben stiller, but I’ve actually grown apart from this movie. I used to think it was comedic gold, but that was definitely due to the media. I think Adam Sandler has way better movies out there and honestly although it’s a classic, it’s not something I find myself raving about.

Went into this movie knowing it would be worse than the book thanks to Reddit subpages. Tons of lousy screenwriting and acting, did not enjoy watching it. Only thing I enjoyed was the plot, as it ran almost parallel to the book.

Stand by Me 1986
Onto my childhood classics. All I’ve got to say is this movie makes me sentimental about how innocent childhood friendships truly are. River Phoenix as Chris is just incredible, as he brings so much depth to his character. The writing isn’t anything crazy, but it’s the type of movie you watch for feel not for production. Definitely inspired me to start writing and reminds me to never stop.
