It’s just a really adorable, feel-good rom-com all the way through. I want to be the kind of father that Jude Law’s character is.
Jack Black is such whiplash though because I expect him to enunciate everything now because of the minecraft movie

The first time I watched Rodrick Rules, I sympathized with Greg because I too was of the mindset that “older brothers suck.” Now, nearing college, I can’t help but to ponder the years when my brother was at home.
I think of the times Greg and Rodrick had with each other. Parties, pranks, gas stations, all while still butting heads. It’s bittersweet to watch this movie again because I see how much I missed out on with not being better friends…
This review is for Ori who also had to suffer through watching this film in film studies.
I don’t care what my teacher is saying. That shit was repulsive in a bad way. Genuinely disgusting, mostly in the second half. Whoever thinks this movie is symbolically good in that sense is probably also a Diddy sympathizer.
