  (Episode ??? of me being late to the party) 

  I had genuinely zero expectations going into this. However, it combines a lot of things I really really like: futuristic stuff, depressing stuff, mind-bending stuff. All of the stuff. The entire second half really caught me off guard because everything just got crazy. Will be sprinting to watch the movie sometime this week. Every time I get really excited about a show, I try to find it on here so I can write a paragraph about it, but I’ll hold myself back from doing that now :)

  Even though I had to charitably have the ending explained to me, PHENOMENAL. I feel like it definitely is a bit convoluted and confusing on purpose, but it is very, very good. 

  My first actual five star rating in awhile. The whole scene where Dave is shutting HAL down, absolutely insane, the song, everything, oh my god. I’m a dumb idiot baby and definitely don’t fully understand it, but nonetheless an incredible film. Yes, this is an embarrassing review, but, yes, it deserves it.
