  clumsy and somewhat surface exploration of it's themes but ultimately very enjoyable watch. straddled the line of horror a little awkwardly, not enough gore or violence to really pay off imo, but the performances from Edebiri and Malkovich are so fun and the visuals (particularly use of color) were delicious.
