Bodies Bodies Bodies 2022
It’s like a bad afterparty you’ve been to: the characters are actual people you’ve met, they talk like normal people you know and you’re just there to witness how messy it will get. Loved the commentary hidden in the film and how it shoots the characters as they experience it. As a viewer, you’re there with them instead of observing. And it works.

The Gray Man 2022
The Bored Ultimatum. This film feels like it was cooked up from what spy/action films do well on Netflix and had to incorporate all those ingredients. But the film adds nothing to them. Combined with absolute maddening editing in the action sequences to hide the budget restraints in effects, weird plot hotels/character motivations and a baffling slightly racist script decision regarding one of the bad guys, it can’t be saved by two hot charming actors who clearly just wanted to do something fun inbetween the high quality films they’re known for.
