A visual feast. If there’s anything Eggers can do it’s really pull you into his world and wrap you in his vision. Truly a spectacle to watch on a big screen. Suffers from, in my opinion, some serious pacing issues in act II but nevertheless a truly engrossing film that demands your utmost attention to every shot. Some really stunning cinematography and spectacular short-siding.

Natural comedy is so hard to come by and this movie just bursts with it. Jennifer Lawrence has a complete home run here with a role she PERFECTLY plays. The back and forth between the two is constant, fast, and the on screen chemistry overflows. I haven’t laughed that hard since Knives Out.
