it was fun, it was creepy, it had all the right things going for it but just needed a little bit more umph to really make everything great.
i watched this like a week ago and forgot to log it so i probably had more to say but i just can’t really remember too much right now. i remember i liked the ending a bit, and the performances were pretty solid!
i do love seeing more women directors get the shine this year, keep it going!

a stylish, otherworldly experience that descends into a bubblegum nightmare.
i really enjoyed this! great cinematography, acting from all 3 main characters were phenomenal, and the intense soundtrack and sound effects really added this vintage futuristic style to everything it felt familiar while also throwing new things at you it was great.
a lot of plot points didn’t realistically “make sense” but it didn’t really have to. you’re transported into this dream like world and everything that happens serves the mania of demi moore’s character and the overall messaging of the film.
gruesome horror, electronic dance music, tons of ass, what more could you want!!

My dad showed me this when i was younger and i truly believe that altered my brain chemistry permanently. but lemme say man, this movie is most excellent!
just some really funny and goofy comedy that has aged really well and is just a good time. nothing is too serious, mike myers delivery of every line just makes you wanna laugh even if what he said wasn’t the funniest thing.
its got nostalgia and comedy and romance and drama and its got like everything man! this movie totally rocks!
