  MORE LIKE 3.8 ⭐️

  Recap of my observations:
  - EVERYONE IS HOT
  - some of the direction felt out of place (ie score choices) and it got reallllyy soap opera-ish at times 
  - LOVE the tennis match sequences and the camera techniques and score they used for it- so fun and the best part of the film imo 
  - felt like the character of Tashi got overshadowed and the boys had wayyy deeper characterization 
  - “BROTHERHOOD”😉🎾

  I have a real disdain for how cinephiles (usually the men) glorify films that, yes, despite great performances and how technically and artistically impressive they are, are so fucked up and twisted in its story that I wish I never saw this movie ever tbh. And of course this film is ridden with misogynist characterizations of its female characters. And y’all eat it up every time. But what’s new. 

  Also Park Chan-Wook has a real fascination with torture that I just wanna ask, is he okay???

  AND was all of that really necessary? Lee Woo-Jin is a petty-ass man.
