  is it weird to say that this movie feels very of its time yet not dated?

  i know its just a silly comedy but u can really tell that this movie, even if you put the ‘opened a bakery during the recession line’ away, that its a post recession movie. it screams early 2010s but thats honestly what i love about it

  i want to see more cleverly written movies like this with strong female leads. cinema is in dire need of them
